The Bit Space Q system is dedicated to radio networks, retail chains with InStore radio systems or to other types of businesses that are spread geographically, where there is a need for the use of audio systems to broadcast music, information or commercials, and the management, control and update of which is required to be done from a single location (Central Station).
The system implements automatic transfer functions to the internet of audio files, advertising grids, playlists, reports to/from the central station, providing automatic loading mechanisms of these files to the broadcasting software of the local stations.
The local software can receive (optional) signals for local audio inserts via satellite or internet. The operations from the local stations are done automatically, without human intervention. In order for the operations to be synchronized by the local stations and the central server, the programs that are running on the local stations are supervised by the BitSpaceQ Client (BSQ Client) application, while those running on the central server are supervised by the BitSpaceQ Sever Manager (BSQ Server) application. These two types of applications contain a set of commands which are executed at pre-established hours. The set of commands constitute the work-flow of the respective organization’s work.
In addition to the automatic operations, which are executed by the two types of applications described above, the system must also be operated by specialized human personnel from the Production, Commercial or Technical Departments. They must follow a set of specific procedures for the proper functioning of the system.
